About Steven
Since beginning my real estate career in 2018, I’ve built my business on a simple foundation: faith, integrity, and a commitment to serving people well. In 2021, we opened Redpoint Real Estate with the goal of creating a client‑focused, community‑minded brokerage that treats every transaction like a relationship, not a number.
I specialize in buying, selling, new construction, first‑time homebuyers, and property management. Whether someone is navigating their very first purchase or managing a growing investment portfolio, I bring more than 20 years of sales and negotiation experience to the table — along with a steady, honest approach that clients trust.
I proudly serve Wayne, Johnston, Lenoir, Sampson, and Wilson counties. My work extends beyond traditional real estate: Redpoint also manages residential and commercial properties, and I own Lowery & Son Lawn Care and Lowery’s Custom Engraving. These ventures give me a unique, hands‑on understanding of homes, land, and the needs of property owners.
Outside of business, I’m a husband, dad, uncle, son, fireman, deacon, and church board member — roles that keep me grounded and remind me daily why home matters. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me taking my Bronco off‑road and enjoying the outdoors.
